What does working with easy artists cost?
easy artists charges brands a commission of 20 % of the gross fee. It is offset against the fee invoiced to the client and itemised in the offer. Project-based PR works differently: a fixed minimum fee plus a success bonus when the agreed goals are met, never a monthly retainer. There is no minimum budget — we assess every enquiry individually. We answer every enquiry within 24 hours on working days. As of August 2026.
How high is the commission at easy artists?
For brand collaborations we charge a commission of 20 % of the gross fee. It is offset against the fee invoiced to the client, appears in the offer as its own line, and is not added later. What you read in the offer is the amount you pay.
Is the commission added on top of the fee?
No. The 20 % is offset against the fee invoiced to the client, not added to it. That is why our offer always shows both numbers: the artist’s fee and our share of it. No supplementary charge is added after the contract is signed.
Which fee models are there?
Two, depending on whether you are booking a person or commissioning public relations. A booking runs on the 20 % commission on the gross fee; a PR project runs on a minimum fee plus success bonus. The two can be combined in one project, but are then itemised and invoiced separately.

Send an enquiryWhat does project-based PR work cost?
It consists of a fixed minimum fee for the PR work and a success bonus when the goals are met — a placement in a television format, a magazine, a podcast or an editorial. The goals are agreed in writing before the project starts, so that nobody argues afterwards about what counted as success. The amount depends on scope and duration.
Why is there no monthly retainer?
Because with monthly retainers, few people ever know exactly what they paid for. We think little of models in which neither the artist nor the brand can see what the agency actually did that month. A minimum fee plus a bonus makes the work checkable: you see beforehand what was agreed, and afterwards what came of it.
Is there a minimum budget?
No. We assess every enquiry individually; what decides it is feasibility, fit and objective. We would rather have a small, well-thought-out collaboration than a large one that does not fit. If your budget will not cover what you have in mind, we say so in the first reply.
What is included in the commission?
Selecting and proposing suitable artists, negotiating fee, usage rights and term, contract handling, scheduling and support through to clearance. Production costs, travel and media spend are not included. Production can be taken on by easy productions, our sister brand in the same house — under its own quote.
Two things for context: All amounts are exclusive of VAT. This page describes our standard case and is not a binding offer in the legal sense — that comes with the written quote for your project.
