FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Questions about working with easy artists? Whether you are a brand, an artist, a creator or an applicant — the answers that come up most often are collected here.

For brands and companies

You want to book talent or set up a campaign.

What kinds of collaboration does easy artists offer?

We place artists and creators for influencer campaigns, PR activity, TV commercials, print campaigns, social media content and event appearances. Long-term ambassadorships and testimonial projects are equally possible.

Which industries do you work with?

All of them — from lifestyle and automotive to media, food, tech and culture. What matters is a serious, creative match between brand and talent.

How quickly will I hear back?

As a rule within 24 hours on working days — quickly, reliably and with a firm answer rather than a holding reply.

Is there a minimum budget?

No. We assess every enquiry individually. What decides it is feasibility, fit and what you want to achieve.

How is the collaboration remunerated?

For brand collaborations we charge a transparent commission of 20 % of the gross fee, offset against the fee invoiced to the client rather than added on top. Project-based PR work is remunerated differently: a fixed minimum fee plus a success bonus when the agreed goals are met.

Do you work with brands outside Germany?

Yes. Our talent is based in Germany and works primarily in German-language productions, but campaigns are regularly commissioned from outside the country. Contracts, invoicing and clearances follow German law; we walk international clients through the parts that differ, including the artists’ social security levy and German advertising disclosure rules.

For artists and creators

You want to know whether and how we would represent you.

What do I need to be represented by easy artists?

Meaningful reach on Instagram and/or TikTok, and a professional presence. As a guide: from around 20,000 followers with a good engagement rate, a collaboration can make sense.

What profiles are you looking for right now?

Actors, musicians and creators with substance. We are particularly interested in people who do more than entertain — who share work that has a point of view.

How does easy artists work with its artists?

We invest a lot of time in strategic development and work to clear processes. Our standard is high professionalism, reliability and legal protection — including through our work with law firms specialising in media and personality rights.

Do you do PR work for artists?

Yes, project-based and performance-oriented. There is a minimum fee for the PR work and a bonus on successful placement — in television, magazines, podcasts or editorials. We think little of monthly retainers where artists never quite know what the agency is doing or what they are paying for.

How do I apply?

Send us your social profiles and, if you have them, a showreel or portfolio — by email or through the application form. If we are interested, we will get in touch to meet you.

You can also apply directly through the application form — email still works too.

For internships and joining the team

You are looking for an internship, a working student role or a place on the team.

What positions do you offer?

We welcome speculative applications for internships, working student roles, orientation placements, junior artist management and project-based freelance work.

Are internships paid?

Yes — every internship at easy artists is paid.

Is there an application deadline?

No. We are glad to receive applications all year round.

Is remote work possible?

Yes. We work hybrid and also make fully remote arrangements possible. Our office is in Berlin.
