At what point does an agency like easy artists sign you?
As a guide: from around 20,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok with a good engagement rate. The number alone decides nothing — we look at who follows you, how you present yourself, and whether a brand could book you credibly. How many followers do you need for a talent agency?
Our guide value is around 20,000 on Instagram and/or TikTok, together with a good engagement rate. “Guide value” means what it says: we have signed artists with fewer and turned down applications with considerably more. The number opens the conversation; it does not settle it.
What do you check besides reach?
Who follows you and how those people respond. Whether your content has a recognisable position or could be anyone’s. Whether you are reliable — deadlines, agreements, clearances. And whether a brand could book you without having to explain the choice. Personality beats statistics.
Which profiles are you looking for, and which not?
We represent acting, music and content creation — particularly people who do more than entertain. What we do not cover we would rather say now than after three weeks: no extras, no role casting, and no pure reach marketing with no work of your own behind it.

How does an application work?

Application
Seven fields: your name, what you do, your profiles, your reach, optionally a showreel. No cover letter, no deadline.

Review
We look at your channels — content, engagement, audience. It takes a few days, because a person does it.

Meeting
If it fits, we talk: where you want to go, what you need, and what we can realistically contribute.
- 04
Decision
Yes or no — with reasons. A no means “not now”, not “never”, and we tell you what was missing.
What does representation cost me?
Nothing up front. We charge no signing fee, no monthly retainer and no costs for photos or portfolios. We earn through a commission of 20 % on the gross fee — so only once we have brought you something. PR projects run on a minimum fee plus a success bonus.
Do I have to be exclusive to you?
For management, PR and brand partnerships, yes — that is the core of the work and it does not work by halves. An existing acting agency for role bookings is untouched by this; we set the boundary out in writing before signing, so nobody has to reconcile two contracts later. That is the rule rather than the exception.
What if I do not reach 20,000?
Apply anyway, if you think the number does not reflect your work — screen credits are a good reason. And expect an honest no: we will tell you what was missing. A no expressly does not rule out applying again later.
Is there an application deadline?
No. We are glad to receive applications all year and we do not advertise places. Because we represent few artists, a yes also depends on whether we currently have capacity for someone new — we say that openly too, rather than leave an application sitting for months. If in doubt, just ask.
Applicants under 18: We only process applications from minors once a parent or guardian has given express consent. Until it is there, the application is on hold — even when everything else fits.
